Delivery

Free delivery is offered on orders of $200+ (before tax) within a 20 km radius of Gatineau/Ottawa, subject to our scheduling and location discretion.

Photography & Media

All photos and videos taken by our team remain our property and may be used for promotional purposes. If you prefer your images not to be used, please inform us in advance.

Reservation Changes

Date changes must be confirmed with us to ensure availability. Alternate dates are not guaranteed.

Equipment Care

Clients are responsible for all décor and equipment during their event. Damage caused by negligence may result in repair or replacement fees.

Event Access

For larger setups, early access to the venue may be required to complete installation safely and on time.

​

Custom Orders

Specialty items (custom balloon types, special colors, custom neon signs, etc.) must be booked at least one month in advance.

Drone Footage

Drone services depend on weather and safety conditions. Fees for drone packages will be refunded if operation is not possible.

Same-Day Teaser

If selected, same-day teaser content will be delivered within 12 hours after the end of the event.
