• The remaining balance is due 48 hours before the event.

• Reservations are not considered confirmed until payment has been received.

• Late or missing payments may affect scheduling or availability.

Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans can change, and we aim to be as accommodating as possible.

• Deposits are non-refundable, as materials and planning begin upon booking.

• When possible, deposits may be transferred to a new date, depending on availability.

• Cancellations within 7 days of the event may incur additional fees due to preparation and materials already purchased.

• Weather-related cancellations for outdoor décor do not qualify for refunds unless discussed and approved on a case-by-case basis.

Setup & Pickup Policy

Proper setup and teardown help ensure your event runs smoothly.

• Setup and pickup times will be arranged ahead of time based on your event schedule.

• Clients must ensure décor and equipment remain secure, protected, and accessible until pickup.

• Additional fees may apply if pickup is delayed due to venue restrictions or obstacles.

Outdoor Décor Disclaimer

Outdoor conditions can affect the durability and appearance of balloon décor.

• Weather may impact color, shine, and stability of balloons.

• Sun exposure may cause oxidation or dulling.

• Wind, rain, heat, cold, and sharp objects may cause popping or deflation.

• Once décor is installed outdoors, we are not responsible for weather-related changes or damages.
